Refund policy

At HaniaStore, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items include:

• Personal use items
• Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
